Reynan Ledesma has over 28 years in the real estate industry, 25 years in the tax industry, and 15 years in the Mortgage industry.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in. Economics from UCLA, an MBA from Cal Poly Pomona with a specialty in Real Estate, and a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law.

Reynan has held a real estate broker’s license for over 25 years and specializes in residential and commercial sales. He understands the point of view of sellers and can explain complex forms in an understandable manner.

Reynan is an enrolled and is licensed to practice before the IRS. He is well versed in assisting self-employed tax payers with preparing their tax returns. He is able to represent tax payers in responding to audits and other tax matters.

Reynan is a mortgage loan originator and can assist with your purchase loan or refinance. He will be able to pre-approve you for a mortgage loan, which is a requirement to submit an offer.
